MIGUEL SANTIAGO
Licenciado (1993) em arquitectura pela Faculdade de Arquitectura da Universidade de Lisboa, Mestre (1998) em Cultura Arquitetónica Contemporânea e, Doutor em Arquitectura (2005) com a Tese de Doutoramento “Pancho Guedes …+ de Meio Século de Metamorfoses Espaciais’’. Trabalha desde 1993 como arquitecto e, factualmente é professor de arquitetura na Universidade da Beira Interior e no Instituto Superior Manuel Teixeira Gomes, em Portimão, onde também é Coordenador do Curso. Para além de ter participado e organizado inúmeras conferências e vários encontros científicos, dos quais se destacam os workshops “Greenenergies. Covilhã, Landscape of Change’’ na cidade da Covilhã, Portugal e ‘”Urban Rehabilitation’’ em Luleburgaz, na Turquia, é ainda investigador do Centro de Investigação em Urbanismo, arquitetura e Design da Universidade Lusíada, CITAD, Portugal.
Graduates (1993) in Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon, where in 1998 concludes the Master in Contemporary Architectural Culture and in 2005 the PhD thesis ‘’… Pancho Guedes + Half of a Century of Spatial Transformations’’. Working since 1993 as an architect, currently is a professor in the Architecture Course at the University of Beira Interior, Covilhã, and in the Instituto Superior Teixeira Gomes in Portimão where he is also the Coordinator of the Architecture Course and researcher at the Centre for Research in Planning, Architecture and Design from the Lusíada University, CITAD, Portugal.
JORGE MARUM
Licenciado em Arquitectura pela Faculdade de Arquitectura e Artes da Universidade Lusíada do Porto, Mestrado em 2007 Sistemas de Informação Geográfica e Doutorado em Arquitectura em 2012 pela Universidade da Beira Interior. Desde 2003 foi formador de Desenho, Desenho Técnico de Construção Civil e Modelação Tridimensional, nas entidades, CICCOPN, Mota-Engil, IEFP e UBI. Foi Investigador Bolseiro da Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia na UBI em 2005. Foi desde 2006 Assistente convidado do Departamento de Engenharia Civil e Arquitectura no curso de Arquitectura da UBI e, actualmente, é professor Auxiliar do mesmo curso, regente da disciplina Projecto III. É Membro Integrado do Centro de Investigação em Território, Arquitectura e Design – CITAD. Área de investigação: Projecto, Fotografia de Arquitectura e Arquitectura de Emergência. Desde 2009 foi orador em diversas conferências científicas e organizador de vários workshops na área da Representação Projectual. Em paralelo exerce prática arquitectónica em gabinete próprio no Porto.
Graduates in Architecture in the Faculty of Architecture and Arts, University of Porto Lusiada, Master in Geographic Information Systems in 2007 and PhD in Architecture in 2012 from the University of Beira Interior. Since 2003 teach Drawing, Technical Drawing and three Dimensional Modelling at the CICCOPN, Mota-Engil, IEFP and UBI. In 2005 was a researcher of the Foundation for Science and Technology at UBI. Since 2006 was a Professor Assistant at the Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture in the Architecture course at UBI and currently is an Assistant Professor and regent of the discipline of Project III. Is an integrated Member of the Center for Research in Planning, Architecture and Design – CITAD. Research area: Design, Architecture Photography and Architecture of Emergency. Since 2009 has been a speaker at sevberal scientific conferences and have been organized several workshops in the area of projectual representation. In parallel he dedicates to the architectural practice in own office at Porto.
JORGE E. RAMOS JULAR
Doutorado pela Universidad de Valladolid (2014). Professor Assistente Convidado da Universidade da Beira Interior, desde 2005, nas unidades curriculares de Teoría da Arquitectura, Projecto e Desenho. Diploma de Estudos Avançados (2005) do curso de doutoramento “Modernidad, Contemporaneidad de la Arquitectura” do Dpto. de Teoría de la Arquitectura y Proyectos Arquitectónicos de la Universidad de Valladolid. Membro do grupo de investigação subvencionado, Ensayos de restitución fotogramétrica de bajo coste mediante fotografía digital, aplicado al levantamiento de obras de Chillida y Oteiza. O seu trabalho tem sido laureado em concursos nacionais e internacionais. Foi convidado enquanto conferencista em Espanha e Portugal, sendo autor de diversos trabalhos de investigação publicados. Como comissário de exposições de pintura e fotografia tem colaborado com o Museu de Lanifícios da Universidade da Beira Interior.

Diploma of Advanced Studies (2005) of the PhD course “Modernity, Contemporaneidad de la architecture” of the department. Theory of de la Arquitectura y Proyectos Architectural from the University of Valladolid. Member of the research group Ensayos de restitución fotogramétrica de bajo coste mediante fotografía digital, aplicado al levantamiento de obras de Chillida y Oteiza. His research work has been winner in national and international competitions and invited for several lectures in Spain and Portugal and author of several published research works. As commissioner of painting and photography exhibitions he has collaborated with the Wool Museum of the University of Beira Interior.
ANDREA MONTEIRO VICENTE
Licenciada em Arquitectura pela Faculdade de Arquitectura, Universidade do Porto (1999). Mestre em Ensino das Artes Visuais (2014) pelo Departamento de Comunicação e Artes da Universidade da Beira Interior. Doutoranda desde 2011 em Arquitectura pelo Departamento de Engenharia Civil e Arquitectura da Universidade da Beira Interior. Co-fundadora do projecto de serviço educativo Laboratório Urbano pela Arte. Arquitecta desde 2014 na empresa TArq.Urb – Arquitectura, Urbanismo e Cultura. Recebeu em 2009 uma menção honrosa na categoria de edificação nova no Prémio de Arquitectura e Urbanismo do Município de Loulé, Algarve. E em 1999 o primeiro prémio na concurso para a organização do espaço da feira do IEFP, na Exponor no Porto.

FILOMENA NASCIMENTO
Licenciatura em Arquitectura, Recuperação Urbana e Arquitectónica, pela Faculdade de Arquitectura e Artes da Universidade Lusíada do Porto, 2005. Mestrado em Arte e Design para o Espaço Publico pela Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade do Porto, 2011. Doutoranda desde 2012 em Arquitectura pela Faculdade de Arquitectura da Universidade de Lisboa. Investigadora do Centro de Investigação em Arquitectura, Urbanismo e Design – CIAUD.
Graduates in 2005 in Architecture – Architectural and Urban Recovery – in the Faculty of arts from the University Lusíada of Porto, Portugal. Since them worked as an architect designer in Italy, Spain and Portugal. In 2011 finish the Master in Art and Design for the Public Space by the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto. In 2012 join the Ph D. in architecture – project development – whit the Thesis ‘’From the Dehumanization of the Built Landscape. The (Re)activation of the Socio-Spatial System Through Place Identity’’ at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon, Portugal. A research focused on abandoned infrastructures, marginal areas and socio-spatial disintegrated spaces, developing several place survey tools – based on place tangible and intangible heritage – and a methodology of analysis and project design that aim to (re)activate those spaces transforming them into assets. Collaborating with the Center for Research on Architecture, Urbanism and Design, at the Faculty of Architecture from the University of Lisbon, producing several theoretical reflections and research works centered in the areas of architecture, urbanism, sociology and art.
